7: An Experimental Mutiny Against Excess-Chapter Day 1

Here goes nothing....this is going to be really hard.  Like really, really hard.  Too bad an emergency root canal had left unable to binge eat, prior to Day 1.  Every single food, food commercial, recipe, etc. sounds soooo good!   Her are my 7 foods:

1. Ground Beef
2. Potatoes
3. Raspberries
4. St. Joe's Flat bread
5. Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
6. Chocolate Protein Powder
7. Cheese
I can have water to drink, too.

Brad's 7 are:
1. Ground Beef
2. Eggs
3. Wheat Bread
4. Raspberries
5. Cheese
6. Turkey
7. Coffee
Again, unlimited water is allowed.

We can only use salt, pepper & olive oil to season with.  No condiments or sauces are allowed.
